Forest Lakes Council 1983 Spring Camporee The Forest Lakes Council held its 1983 Spring Camporee in May at Lackawanna State Park. Bill Burdyn, Gary Lach, Tom Karoscik, and Ted Tomaszewski attended. A rousing game of capture-the-flag figures in the memories of the participants! Assistant Scoutmasters Mike Kalinowski, Bill Kropa, and Joe Piela were camp leaders.
