TROOP PHOTO ALBUM

The Coal Streams District held its 1980 Fall Camporee in September at Camp Edward in Poyntelle. It was the first district camporee at Camp Edward in several years. Nine units participated: Troops 21 & 322 (Dickson City), Troops 34 & 35 (Olyphant), Troop 87 (Mayfield), Troop 81 (Jermyn), Troop 88 and Post 388 (Archbald), Troop 88 (Dunmore). The camporee celebrated the return to Camp Edward with an orienteering competition and a fishing derby. Steve Klassner, Gary Lach, Joe Piela, Frank Klassner, Tom Herbert, Mike Herbert, Paul Nocella, Bernie Jacukowicz, and Eddie Guman participated from Troop 21. The troop won a trophy in the fishing derby for smallest fish caught.
