1965 DC Borough JFK Memorial Dedication In early 1965 the two Boy Scout troops in Dickson City, Troop 21 and Troop 322, attended a dedication ceremony at the Dickson City Borough Building for a memorial to President Kennedy. The troop members we've been able to identify include Stanley Baranowski, Jr., John Bielinski, Vince Bielinski, Michael Gregg, Larry Malski, Adrian Morris, Joseph Romanczyk, Richard Saikowski, Frank Sobkowiak, Jr., and Joseph Tylenda. Chester Golinski was Scoutmaster, to the far left. Troop 322 members appear toward the far right.
