This photograph shows Troop 21 and Troop 24 members in the community hall on the second floor of the old Dickson City Borough Building, some time in the Fall of 1950. They were visiting during an early version of the "Scout Day in Government" programs that Dickson City offered to scouts. The scout leaderswho appear here at the sides of the photo are L-R, Chester Golinski, Rev. Henry Wayda, Peter Bielinski, and Jack Koslowski, scoutmaster of Troop 24. John Babinski, a troop committe member, also appears in the rear row, second from the right.
